Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

თანხმობა „გაცნობებთ, რომ თქვენ პერსონალურ მონაცემებს ვამუშავებთ, მათ შორის, ვაგროვებთ, ვამოწმებთ და ვინახავთ თქვენი განაცხადის განსახილველად, კანდიდატთა შერჩევისთვის/დასაქმებისთვის საჭირო პროცედურების წარმართვის მიზნით, „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის ფარგლებში. თქვენი განაცხადი/CV და მასში მოცემული პერსონალური მონაცემები, კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი მოთხოვნებიდან გამომდინარე, მათ შორის, კონკურსის შედეგებთან დაკავშირებით სამართლებრივი დავის პროცესის უზრუნველყოფის მიზნით, ჩვენ მიერ შეინახება კონკურსის დასრულებიდან 1 წლის განმავლობაში. ამავე ვადაში, შესაძლებელია ჩვენ მიერ თქვენი განაცხადი/CV და მასში მოცემული პერსონალური მონაცემები დამუშავდეს სხვა მსგავს ვაკანტურ პოზიციაზე თქვენი კანდიდატურის განხილვის მიზნით. თუ არ გსურთ შემდგომში ზემოაღნიშნული მიზნით დამუშავდეს თქვენი მონაცემები, გთხოვთ ამის თაობაზე გვაცნობოთ ელექტრონულ ფოსტაზე: teo@dspro.io / hcm@dspro.io . დამატებით გაცნობებთ, რომ თქვენთვის უზრუნველყოფილია „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის III თავით გათვალისწინებული უფლებები“.

“We inform you that we process your personal data, including collecting, reviewing, and storing it, for the purpose of reviewing your application and carrying out procedures necessary for candidate selection and/or employment, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Your application/CV and the personal data contained therein will be stored by us for 1 year after the completion of the recruitment process, in accordance with the requirements established by legislation, including for the purpose of ensuring legal proceedings related to the recruitment results, if applicable.

Within the same period, your application/CV and the personal data contained therein may also be processed by us for the purpose of considering your candidacy for other similar vacant positions.
