Notification Regarding Partially Automated Processing of Personal Data (Including Profiling)

I am informed that, for employment purposes, the information reflected in my resume submitted through the application of DSPro LLC and/or sent by me directly may be processed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionalities. This includes the extraction of relevant information from my resume and/or the assessment of its compliance with the requirements defined for the vacant position, based on pre-established criteria. Such processing is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between myself and DSPro LLC, for the review of my application, and/or on the basis of the legitimate interests of DSPro LLC.

Furthermore, I am informed that:

a) The decision-making process is carried out using partially automated means; therefore, human involvement from DSPro LLC is ensured during the decision-making process;

b) During the use of AI functionalities, my data may be transferred to Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers located in Germany, where appropriate safeguards for personal data protection are ensured;

c) I may request, at any time, the termination of the processing of my personal data through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionalities. In such case, DSPro LLC will cease the review of my candidacy, the assessment of my suitability, and the decision-making process regarding my employment

ინფორმირება მონაცემების ნაწილობრივ ავტომატიზირებული ფორმით დამუშავებაზე (მათ შორის პროფაილინგზე)

ინფორმირებული ვარ, რომ ჩემი დასაქმების მიზნით, ჩემ მიერ შპს "დიეს პრო“-ის აპლიკაციაში ან/და გაგზავნილ რეზიუმეში ასახული ინფორმაცია დამუშავდეს ხელოვნური ინტელექტის (AI) ფუნქციონალის გამოყენებით. რაც გულისხმობს, წინასწარ განსაზღვრული კრიტერიუმების მიხედვით, რეზიუმედან შესაბამისი ინფორმაციის ამოღებას ან/და ვაკანტური პოზიციით განსაზღვრულ მოთხოვნებთან მისი შესაბამისობის დადგენას. აღნიშნული აუცილებელია ჩემსა და შპს ,„დიეს პრო“-ს შორის ხელშეკრულების დასადებად, ჩემი განცხადების განსახილველად ან/და შპს „დიეს პრო“-ის მნიშვნელოვანი ლეგიტიმური ინტერესის საფუძველზე. ამასთან, ინფორმირებული ვარ რომ:
ა) გადაწყვეტილების მიღება ხორციელდება ნაწილობრივ ავტომატიზირებული ფორმის გამოყენებით – შესაბამისად, გადაწყვეტილების მიღების პროცესში უზრუნველყოფილია შპს „დიეს პრო“-ის მხრიდან ადამიანური რესურსის ჩართულობა;
ბ) AI ფუნქციონალის გამოყენების პროცესში, ჩემი მონაცემების გადაეცემა ხორციელდება ამაზონის ღრუბლოვან სერვერზე (AWS) გერმანიაში, სადაც უზრუნველყოფილია მონაცემთა დაცვის სათანადო გარანტიები;
გ) ნებისმიერ დროს შემიძლია მოვითხოვო ხელოვნური ინტელექტის (AI) ფუნქციონალის გამოყენებით ჩემი მონაცემების დამუშავების შეწყვეტა. ამ შემთხვევაში, შპს „დიეს პრო“-ის მიერ შეწყდება ჩემი კანდიდატურის განხილვის, შესაბამისობის დადგენისა და დასაქმების თაობაზე გადაწყვეტილების მიღების პროცესი.
