Dispatcher

Location: On-site (Tbilisi – Ortachala str.)
Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based

Work Schedule: This position operates on a rotating shift basis, 5 working days per week with 2 days off. Available shifts include:

  • 15:00 – 23:00
  • 16:00 – 00:00
  • 17:00 – 01:00
  • 18:00 – 02:00
  • 19:00 – 03:00
  • 20:00 – 04:00
  • 21:00 – 05:00
  • 23:00 – 07:00
  • 00:00 – 08:00
  • 01:00 – 09:00
  • 02:00 – 10:00
  • 03:00 – 11:00

Please note that this role requires flexibility for evening and overnight shifts. As part of the scheduling policy, employees are required to work a minimum of 2 night shifts per week.


Salary: Net entry level – from 480 USD (3.50 gross per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

** Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or software
** Assign jobs to available technicians based on location, skills, and workload
** Monitor job progress and technician status in real time
** Manage same-day emergency dispatches and last-minute changes
** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
** Provide estimated arrival times and service updates
** Handle complaints or escalations and report unresolved issues to supervisors
** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction
** Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data security guidelines
** Maintain constant communication with locksmith technicians in the field
** Ensure technicians have clear job details (address, job type, customer info)
** Follow up to confirm job completion and gather feedback or issues
** Operate dispatch and CRM software to track jobs, update statuses, and log notes
** Generate daily/weekly reports  Dispatcher and Customer Service Support Representativeon completed and pending jobs
** Ensure accuracy in data entry and job documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

** Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or field coordination is preferred
** Knowledge of English language is a must (B2-C2 level)
** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
** Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset

Work Conditions:

** Shift-based schedule (including weekends, 5 shifts during the week, at least 2 night shift is a must)
** Must be comfortable working with urgent calls and under time pressure
