Key Responsibilities: ** Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and timely manner.** Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues.** Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.** Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.** Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures as required by the client.** Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as necessary.** Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.** Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data security guidelines. Qualifications: ** Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.** Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.** Knowledge of English language is a must (B2-C2 level).** Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.** Basic computer literacy and familiarity.** Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
